María Díez Alonso

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business management and nutrition. Currently, Mariana serves as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, an online store focusing on organic products for personal care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has been working as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, and work as a nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also contributed to academia as a university lecturer at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México.
