Nancy Rhéaume CPA,CA is a seasoned professional in enterprise risk management with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Risk Management at the Royal Canadian Mint since February 2017, Nancy is responsible for the development and implementation of the ERM program and Business Continuity Planning. Prior to this, Nancy served as Principal at N.A.C. Governance and Risk Consulting, providing executive-level risk management support to mid-size companies. Past roles include Director of Enterprise Risk Management at Tim Hortons and Section Head of Corporate Business Management at the Independent Electricity System Operator, where Nancy was instrumental in developing strategic risk management initiatives. With a career beginning as a Senior Auditor at the Auditor General of Ontario, Nancy holds a BBA in Accounting from Université Laval.
