Tanya James

Tanya James is a seasoned professional in Labour and Employee Relations with extensive experience in human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at the Royal Canadian Mint since April 2018, Tanya previously held roles as an Advisor in Human Resources and Labour Relations. Prior experience includes positions as a Human Resources Generalist at Magna International and a Labour Relations Representative at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. Tanya began a career in human resources with an internship at Questrade and gained diverse skills in roles at Canada's Wonderland, Victoria's Secret, and the University of Windsor. Tanya holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca Polytechnic and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Windsor.
