Billy Bechamp

Billy Bechamp has extensive experience in the fields of security, technical support, and instructional design. Currently serving as a Team Leader in Enterprise Access & Identity Management at the Royal Canadian Mounted Police since July 2019, Billy has previously held multiple roles, including Technical Security Advisor and Security Analyst within the organization. Prior to this, Billy was with Mitel from September 2010 to July 2019, where notable positions included Instructional Designer and Sr. Technical Support Specialist. Additional experience includes IT services at Commission Scolaire des Draveurs and technical roles at Magma Communications Ltd. and Bell. Billy holds an AEC in Network Architecture and Management from Cegep de l'Outaouais, earned between 2003 and 2005.
