Bryan M. Larkin

Deputy Commissioner at Royal Canadian Mounted Police

Bryan M. Larkin serves as the Deputy Commissioner at the Royal Canadian Mounted Police since July 2022 and holds a directorial position with the International Association of Chiefs of Police as well as a role on the Board of Directors for the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police. Larkin previously served as Chief of Police for both the Waterloo Regional Police Service and the Guelph Police Service, where leadership in community policing and organizational advancement were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes board memberships with United Way of Waterloo Region Communities and Nutrition for Learning Waterloo Region. Larkin's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Justice Studies from the University of Guelph and a diploma in Police Leadership and Police Foundations from Humber College.
