Elisa Bernstein

Elisa Bernstein serves as the Director of Field Operations at the Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC) with the RCMP since June 2015, following a distinguished career within the Royal Canadian Mounted Police that began in 1988, where Elisa advanced to the role of Superintendent. Prior to her current position, Elisa held the title of Director at the National Operations Centre from 2012 to 2015. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in European History and a Diplome de francais pratique, both obtained from Western University between 1983 and 1986, as well as language studies at Alliance Francais in Lyon, France, from 1986 to 1987.
