Richard Vieira brings extensive experience in communications and digital media within both governmental and educational settings. Currently serving as the Deputy Director of Public Affairs at the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Richard oversees various digital production units, manages brand identity, and coordinates the Federal Identity Program. Previous roles include Senior Intellectual Property Advisor and Digital Communications Advisor, where Richard managed multimedia communications and editorial direction for the organization's publications. Richard also has a strong background in education, having instructed students at Carleton University on print and online journalism. Additionally, Richard founded The Luxe Files, focusing on luxury content creation, and possesses a solid foundation in journalism, holding a Bachelor of Journalism from Carleton University and having pursued advanced studies in Film.
