Robyn Hulan

Robyn Hulan, OMM, currently serves as the Chief Transformation Officer at the Royal Canadian Mounted Police since March 2023. Previously, Robyn held the position of Director/Team Lead at NORAD & US Northern Command from August 2019 to March 2023. Prior to this role, Robyn was the Chief of Staff at the Department of National Defence from October 2017 to July 2019. Robyn Hulan earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from the Royal Military College of Canada between 1992 and 1997.
