Punit Chahal

Punit Chahal is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in strategic HR management across multiple regions and business units. At Royal Canin, Chahal served as the Sr. Human Resources Business Partner for North America, focusing on strategic business planning initiatives and workforce planning. As the Human Resources Director for Royal Canin Canada, Chahal enhanced the associate experience while aligning HR strategies with business performance. Prior to these roles, Chahal worked at Mars, where responsibilities included leading the global implementation of the MarketPay system and managing compensation strategies. Chahal holds an Honours degree in Commerce from McMaster University and a Human Resource Management Certificate from Sheridan College.
