Aldrin Gaduena, MBA, is a seasoned Learning and Development Consultant currently serving at Royal Caribbean Group since August 2024, where Aldrin has successfully developed and implemented a learning strategy that significantly improved the ship’s performance metrics. Previously, Aldrin held several roles at Wells Fargo from August 2015 to July 2024, including Senior Learning and Development Consultant (AVP), where key initiatives led to enhanced manager effectiveness and a high passing rate for certification programs. Aldrin's extensive experience also includes leadership roles at STARTEK and Convergys, focusing on training and development for both new hires and existing employees.
