Alice Enriquez

Alice Enriquez, MSHRM, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner at Royal Caribbean Group since July 2015, where previous roles included Sr. HR Business Partner and Lead, Corporate Talent Acquisition, among others. Prior to Royal Caribbean Group, Alice held the position of Human Resources Generalist at Samsung Electronics for a brief period in 2014, and worked as Human Resources Coordinator at both Costex Tractor Parts and YWCA of Greater Miami-Dade, Inc. Alice holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the same institution.
