Ben Riestra currently serves as Vice President of Risk Management and Medical Operations at Royal Caribbean Group, a position held since April 2022. Previously, Ben held several key roles including Chief Operating Officer at The George Washington University MFA from December 2019 to April 2022, and Chief Ambulatory Operations Executive at the University of Miami Health System for a brief period in 2019. Additionally, Ben served as Chief Administrative Officer at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine from August 2015 to December 2019, and as Executive Vice President and Vice President at Mitchell Planning Associates from 2003 to July 2015. Earlier experience includes serving as Associate Executive Director of the Hospital Division at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine from 2000 to 2005. Ben earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Miami between 1992 and 1998.
