Joseph Miorelli

Joseph Miorelli is an accomplished Associate Vice President at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., with a career spanning over two decades within the organization. Notable achievements include leading the development of the innovation lab at corporate headquarters and overseeing the creation of the expedition vessel FLORA, which has exceeded performance projections. Miorelli also manages the installation of exhaust gas treatment systems across the fleet and has previously directed complex fleet revitalization projects. Prior to joining Royal Caribbean, Miorelli served as a Superintendent at Norwegian Cruise Line, overseeing the new builds of NORWEGIAN SKY and NORWEGIAN SUN. Joseph Miorelli holds a Master of Science in Engineering in Naval Architecture from the University of Michigan, earning the degree in 1982.
