Keith Lane

Keith Lane is an experienced professional in the hospitality and sales sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Hotel Operations at Celebrity Cruises, Inc., a role held since May 2004. In this position, Lane leads all hotel operations, including food and beverage, training and development, entertainment, guest relations, accommodations, and refurbishment. Previous roles include Vice President of Sales for The Americas, where Lane managed a substantial team and was responsible for significant sales performance, and Director of Trade Support and Service, where Lane implemented customer service initiatives that notably improved satisfaction ratings. Prior to Royal Caribbean Group, Lane worked at Frito Lay, where leadership encompassed a large salesforce and considerable annual sales figures. Lane holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from Saint Leo University.
