Mark Sessions

Mark Sessions, MBA, CSM®, serves as the Head of Program Operations at Royal Caribbean Group, overseeing a $1B+ product development program while managing internal planning, reporting, analysis, and vendor relationships. With extensive experience in financial technology and program management, Mark has held pivotal roles including Program Controller for digital programs and Consulting Manager at Carnival Cruise Line. Additionally, Mark is the founder of the Furlong Fellowship, a hospitality service, and 855SOULJAM.GLOBAL, while also contributing as an executive producer for the RABBIT HOLE SOUL PODCAST. Mark's previous positions include managing operations at Ganas Squared and Roundstone Systems, and providing financial oversight at Gilead Sciences and ResortCom International. Educational qualifications include an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from American International College, alongside a certificate in Recording Engineering from The Audio Workshop School.
