Melanie Love

Melanie Love is an experienced HR professional specializing in HR transformation, process improvement, and service delivery excellence. Currently serving as Sr. Manager, HR Transformation at Royal Caribbean Group since January 2025, Melanie leads the end-to-end implementation of HR products and manages program-wide project plans. Prior roles include Sr. Manager HR Process and Technology at Novelis, and Director of People & Culture Process Excellence at Envision Healthcare, where Melanie focused on enhancing employee experiences and operational effectiveness. Additional experience includes leadership positions at naviHealth, Bridgestone, GE, GE Aviation, Constellation, and Medtronic, with responsibilities ranging from HR strategy and continuous improvement to system management and workforce planning. Melanie holds an MBA and a BS in Business Administration from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
