Nico Ramos

Nico Ramos is a seasoned marine operations professional with extensive experience in the cruise industry and maritime safety. Currently serving as Manager of Marine Operations at Royal Caribbean Group since September 2025, Nico previously held the position of Senior Marine Safety Manager at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. from September 2023 to September 2025. Prior roles include Manager of Safety Operations and Dry Dock Marine & Technical Safety Manager at Disney Cruise Line, and Policy Lead for Life-Saving Appliances at the Maritime and Coastguard Agency. Nico's career also includes specialist roles in fire and safety at Lloyd's Register and deck officer positions at various maritime companies.
