Previously, Harshana worked at Sri Lanka Telecom for over 16 years, holding positions such as General Manager of Human Capital Management and Deputy General Manager of Human Resources Operations. With a background in engineering and information security, Harshana has a wealth of experience in various industries, including telecommunications and aviation. Harshana holds multiple degrees, including an MBA and a Master's in Information Systems Security.
