Keren Markowitz

Keren Markowitz currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at SodaStream International, Ltd., a position held since December 2021. Prior to this role, Keren was the HR Manager at TPY Pal Yam from January 2018 to December 2021, where responsibilities included strategic planning and execution for an organization of 120 employees, directly reporting to the CEO while implementing changes that improved employee retention and reduced sourcing costs. Keren also worked as the HR & Ecommerce Manager at MarketBit from February 2015 to January 2018, managing recruitment and employee engagement. Earlier experience includes serving as a Flight Attendant at Israir Airlines and Tourism from January 2008 to February 2015, where Keren trained and mentored new recruits, and as an Operations Specialist in the Israeli Air Force from January 2003 to January 2005. Keren holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Organizational Behavior Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences, both from Ruppin Academic Center.
