Jennifer Delord has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Jennifer began their career as a trainee at Hotel Le Royal, Lyon in 2006, and later worked as a trainee at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. in 2007, where they gained experience in various roles such as waitress, hostess, receptionist, and call center operator. Jennifer then worked as a chef de rang at Restaurant La Tour Rose, Lyon from 2007 to 2009.

In 2009, Jennifer worked at The Address Hotels + Resorts in Dubai as an Assistant Catering and Conference Services Manager, and later as a Catering & Conference Services Executive. Jennifer also worked briefly at Singita in South Africa as a FOH assistant manager.

From 2010 to 2011, Jennifer was the Sales, Marketing and Communication Manager at Raffles Praslin Seychelles, where they were responsible for the opening of the new resort and overseeing the sales, marketing, and public relations department.

In 2012, they joined Le Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris as a Catering and Conference Services Manager, and later served as the CCS Director, responsible for managing a team of sales coordinators, negotiating event and group quotations, and improving sales tools.

From 2015 to 2017, Jennifer worked at Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas as a Sales, Marketing & Communication Manager. Finally, since 2018, they have been the Director of Sales and Marketing at Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa.

Jennifer Delord received their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Hospitality Administration/Management from Institut Paul Bocuse in the years 2006 to 2009. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Hotel and Foodservice Management at Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III). Prior to this, Jennifer studied Finance and accounting at Université Pierre Mendès-France (Grenoble II) from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained an IUT GEA degree.

Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa

Le Royal Champagne Hôtel & Spa comprend 49 chambres et suites, deux restaurants dont un gastronomique, un bar à dégustation, un spa avec hammam et sauna, une piscine extérieure et une intérieure, et des espaces de réunion à la hauteur des lieux.
