Gayle Mitalski has extensive experience in the chemical industry, currently serving as the Director of Digital Marketing and Key Account Management at Royal Chemical since May 2012, where responsibilities include new customer acquisition, product commercialization, and project management. Previously, Gayle held multiple roles at Royal Chemical, including Senior Account Manager, Purchasing Buyer, Director of Customer Service, ISO Quality Management Representative, Plant Manager, and Lab Technician, demonstrating a diverse skill set in customer service, quality management, production oversight, and laboratory analysis. Earlier experience includes working as Lab Tech III at Ferro Corporation from March 1985 to July 1994.
