Mark Edelstein has extensive experience in legal practice, currently serving as an Investigator and Assistant Manager of Complaints at the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario since September 2013. In this role, Mark provides leadership and supervision to the complaint investigation team, investigates allegations against dentists, and represents the College at hearings. Prior to this, Mark worked at WeirFoulds LLP for several years as an Associate, focusing on public law, administrative law, and human rights litigation, and held various positions including Articling Student and Summer Student, where responsibilities included legal research and drafting litigation materials. Mark holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in History from Queen's University.
