Michelle Pearson

Michelle Pearson has a strong background in finance business partnering. Michelle started their career as a Senior Finance Business Partner at IBM in 1995 and held this role until 2020. In 2020, they joined Network Rail as a Finance Business Partner before moving on to become a Senior Finance Business Partner at the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2021. Currently, they serve as the Head of Finance Business Partnering at the Royal College of General Practitioners.

Michelle Pearson attended Wykeham House School from 1978 to 1985. Michelle then went on to study at Portsmouth Grammar School from 1985 to 1987. Michelle obtained a BA Joint Honours degree in History & Classics from Keele University, where they studied from 1987 to 1990. Michelle furthered their education at ICAEW, completing their ACA degree from 1991 to 1995. In 2013, Michelle attended the Fellowship of Institute of Chartered Accountants.
