Simon Lepper

Simon Lepper is an accomplished pianist and educator with extensive experience in collaborative piano and accompaniment. Currently serving as Assistant Head of Keyboard at the Royal College of Music since September 2008, Simon teaches a range of students while managing Masters modules and coordinating the postgraduate piano accompaniment course. In addition to their roles at the Royal College, Simon has been involved with the Fondation du Festival et Academie de Verbier since 2008 as an accompanist for Thomas Quasthoff's masterclasses, and has been the official accompanist for the BBC Cardiff Singer of the World competition since 2003. Previous positions include a teaching role at the Royal Academy of Music and a Junior Fellowship, complemented by formal education in Music from the University of Cambridge and postgraduate studies in piano accompaniment at the Royal Academy of Music.
