Jerry Daly is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service, operations, and community relations. Currently serving as the Membership Services Manager at the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists since June 2022, Jerry leads the Membership Services Team to enhance customer interactions and processes. Prior roles include Community Relations Manager at Network Rail, where Jerry managed communication strategies for community engagement, and Team Manager at the Financial Ombudsman Service, overseeing adjudication teams to resolve disputes. Jerry has also held significant positions in the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, notably as an Intelligence Officer and Operations Unit Manager, demonstrating expertise in security, fraud prevention, and operational efficiency. With a career spanning over three decades across various financial institutions, Jerry has consistently focused on improving organizational processes and customer experience.
