Martin Maher is a Clinical Director and Consultant Obstetrician at East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust, specializing in high-risk obstetrics and fetal medicine since October 2016. In addition to clinical responsibilities, Martin serves as an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer at the University of Central Lancashire and works as a medico-legal expert witness for TMLEP, providing testimony in clinical negligence cases related to obstetrics.
