Jonna Fraser Assoc Cipd

Jonna Fraser, an Associate member of CIPD, is currently serving as the Digital Learning Manager at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, where responsibilities include the direction, planning, and delivery of digital learning products. Jonna plays a crucial role in aligning digital learning with the College's strategic objectives and is involved in assessing potential learning products. Prior to this role, Jonna held various positions at Kibble, including Learning and Development Officer and Learning and Development Co-ordinator, focusing on instructional design and the development of digital and blended learning solutions. Jonna holds a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Learning and Development from Avado and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Management with Human Resource Management from the University of the West of Scotland.
