Melanie Sinclair has extensive experience in education, administration, and project management, currently serving as the Education Training and Professional Development Manager for Surgical and Clinical Skills at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow since April 2013. Additional roles at this organization include Executive Personal Assistant, Project Manager, and Examinations Administrator. Prior to this, Melanie worked as a Programme Administrator at Obesity Action Scotland, a temporary Administrator at Kilmarnock College, and held various administrative positions at WW&J McClure Solicitors and Douglas Wright Solicitors. Melanie's career began in public service as an Advisory Officer in Trading Standards for North Ayrshire Council and as an Administrative Assistant for the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service. Melanie holds degrees in Law with Administrative Studies from Glasgow Caledonian University and Legal Services from Central College of Commerce Glasgow.

Many of us give our time freely to develop curricula, set exam questions, and contribute to the development of good health policy. Each year our members volunteer thousands of hours of their collective time to work in partnership with our college staff to develop and deliver relevant, meaningful and inspirational support to other members and prospective members at every stage of their career.
