Stephen Brennan

Stephen Brennan has extensive experience in project management and program governance, currently serving as PMO Manager at the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland since April 2019. Previously, Stephen held the position of Group Head of PMO at Apex Fund Services (Group) Ltd. and worked as ePMO Manager at Bus Eireann. A significant portion of Stephen's career was spent at Dell, where various roles included Project Program Management Consultant and EMEA OEM Solutions Business Operations Programme Manager, focusing on large-scale projects and cross-functional team leadership. Stephen's earlier experience encompasses roles in organizations such as SQS Group, Oracle, Ericsson, and Misys, showcasing a strong background in software delivery lifecycle, strategic program development, and client engagement. Educational qualifications include an International Executive MBA from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and various project management certifications.
