Bill Routledge

Bill joined Royal Containers in 1986 when it was a small company.

As General Sales Manager, he played a key role in Royal’s growth. He became Vice President in 2015. Bill’s entire career in the corrugated packaging industry has been with Royal. He is a graduate of Honours Business Administration from Mohawk College. Bill is a strong supporter of AICC Canada and has served on its board of directors.

Bill mentors and coaches Royal’s management and sales people, and he continues to be an avid student of leadership and sales himself. His hobby is reading, researching and listening to the experts in leadership and sales success, and Bill enjoys golf.
