Brent Hill

Brent Hill is the current Director of Operations at Royal Containers in Brampton. Brent has over 19 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, holding various positions such as Production Lead Hand, Plant Superintendent, Plant Manager, and Production Manager.

Brent started their career in 2001 as a Production Lead Hand at St.Laurent Paperboard. After a year and a half, they were promoted to Plant Superintendent at Club Coffee. In 2005, they became a Production Supervisor at Smurfit-Stone and was promoted to Plant Manager within a year.

In 2010, Brent left Smurfit-Stone to become a Plant Manager at Rock-Tenn Company. Brent held this position for five years before moving on to become a Production Manager at Matt & Steve's in January 2019. Brent has been with Royal Containers since August 2019 and currently holds the position of Director of Operations.

They are on a team with Connie Van Boxtel - VP, Finance, London, Greg Marcella - CPP VP, Operations, London, and Steven Robinson - VP Human Resources. Brent Hill reports to Kim Nelson, President & CEO.
