David Thoe

David Thoe is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in lending and financial management. Currently, as VP-Senior Lender for Royal Credit Union since 2008, David manages a profitable member business loan portfolio exceeding $500 million. Prior to this role, David worked at Dairy State Bank as an Investment Representative, providing consultation on various investment products, and served as Regional President at both S & C Bank and The Citizens State Bank, where responsibilities included lending and personnel management. David began a career in banking as Branch Manager at MonyCor Savings Bank, originating a diverse range of loans. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and a certificate from the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, WI.
