Lauren Sirek

Lauren Sirek currently serves as an Organizational Talent Services (HR) Intern at Royal Credit Union, starting in January 2024, where responsibilities include sourcing candidates through social media and recruiting platforms, as well as supporting various recruiting tasks like background checks and onboarding processes. Prior to this role, Lauren worked at Hy-Vee, Inc. as a Lead Order Fulfillment Specialist from August 2020 to December 2023, focusing on managing online orders, ensuring quality, customer communication, and training new employees. Lauren is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, expected to graduate in May 2026, and is a graduate of Rosemount Senior High School.
