Lou Heimstead is currently the Business Intelligence and Analytics Manager at Royal Credit Union. With over two decades of experience at Ashley Furniture Industries, Lou has held various roles including IT Director Systems Development - Finance, IT Systems Development Manager - Finance, Senior Systems Development – Finance, and Systems Development. Lou's expertise lies in automating manual processes in Finance, leading development projects, and implementing software solutions. Lou holds an Associate’s Degree in Computer Information Systems – Programmer Analyst Degree from CHIPPEWA VALLEY TECHNICAL COLLEGE.
