Heather Heath is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce analytics, data management, and project leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Workforce Analytics and Business Intelligence Manager at Whataburger, Heather leads the design and implementation of analytical models to drive business results. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at Subway, where strategic decision-making was guided through data insights, and Financial Project Manager at Itron, Inc., managing over 300 contracts for utility customers. As a co-founder of Fajita Republic Cantina, Heather was instrumental in developing a sophisticated bar program. In addition to a strong background in consulting and marketing, Heather is an accomplished author with over 12 non-fiction books published.
