Benjamin Guichelaar is an experienced business consultant and operations manager with a strong background in logistics and portfolio management. Currently serving as Business Consultant Innovatie and WFM Planningsmanager at Royal FloraHolland, Benjamin is responsible for optimizing workforce management processes across three export locations and leading various planning teams.
