James Shaw

James Shaw began his career with RFBI in 2003, taking on a variety of roles before becoming RFBI’s Management Accountant in 2007.

In 2018, he took on the role of Group Company Secretary to the Boards of Royal Freemasons’ Benevolent Institution and RFBI Concord Community Village before being appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2013.

James has a strong financial background and has been working in aged care for close to 20 years.
