Natalie Green

Natalie Green is an experienced professional in the aged care and health sectors, currently serving as the Regional General Manager at Royal Freemasons' Benevolent Institution since October 2016, overseeing multiple residential aged care facilities and retirement living villages in the NSW New England and North Coast areas. Previous roles include General Manager at RFBI Armidale Masonic Village and Service Manager for Home and Community Care at New England Medicare Local, where Natalie also held the position of Director of Aboriginal Health, managing health programs for the Aboriginal community. Natalie has extensive experience in Aboriginal health as both Executive Officer and Trainer & Educator, developing and delivering health training programs. Early career experiences include roles as Care Manager at Autumn Lodge Village Armidale and Registered Nurse at Armidale Private Hospital.
