Nikita Sonawane

Nikita Sonawane currently serves as a Senior People & Culture Officer at Royal Garden Hotel since January 2022, following a progression of roles in human resources and guest services across various prestigious hospitality organizations. Prior to this, Nikita worked as a People and Culture Officer at The Montcalm Luxury Hotels from April 2015 to January 2022, initially starting as a Human Resources Assistant.
