Lisette Heuer

Lisette Heuer has extensive work experience in the water and maritime industry. Lisette started their career at Provincie Noord-Brabant as a Medewerker waterkeringen in 1998. Lisette then joined waterschap Noorderzijlvest as an Interim manager Vergunningen & Legger en Peilbeheer & Handhaving from 2008 to 2010.

In 1999, Lisette joined Royal Haskoning as a Consultant Coastal & Rivers and later served as a Director Advisory Group Water & Ecology Northern Netherlands from 2006 to 2009. Lisette also worked as a Senior Consultant at AG Spatial International in 2010 and as a Director of Advisory Group Water & Ecology Northern Netherlands.

Lisette returned to Royal Haskoning as a Senior consultant & project manager in Coastal & Rivers in 2011. Lisette then took on the role of Project secretary Transition Royal Haskoning, facilitating a company-wide restructuring and transition from 11 divisions to 5 Business Lines. Lisette also served as a Technical Director Water, responsible for knowledge development, innovation, and restructuring within the business line Water.

In 2012, Lisette joined Royal HaskoningDHV as Chief Officer Operations & Technical Director Rivers, Deltas & Coasts, responsible for strategy development, knowledge development, and coordination of various service line business development directors.

Throughout their career at Royal HaskoningDHV, Lisette held multiple roles, including Global Director Resilience, Strategy Director Water, Global Director Digital Transformation Water, and Global Director Strategy & Digital Transformation Water & Maritime.

Currently, Lisette holds the position of Director Business Transformation at Royal HaskoningDHV and is responsible for leading transformation initiatives within the company.

Lisette Heuer obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Civil engineering with a focus on Hydrology from Delft University of Technology between 1991 and 1997. In 2010 and 2011, they attended Avicenna and completed the Avicenna Leergang Leiderschap, however, no specific degree was mentioned for this program.
