Marije Hulshof

Marije Hulshof has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Marije worked at Royal HaskoningDHV from 2012 to present, starting as the Business Line Director Planning & Strategy and progressing to Chief Operating Officer and currently serves as the CEO. Marije also held the position of Global Director Industry & Buildings. In addition, they served as a Member of the Supervisory Board at BoP Innovation Center from 2014 to 2018 and as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at De Kleine Komedie from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they worked at Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland (RVO), the Netherlands Consumer Authority, Berenschot, and Regioplan Policy Research in various senior management and consulting roles.

Marije Hulshof attended the University of Amsterdam from 1984 to 1989, where they studied Human Geography. Marije then pursued a post-doctorate degree from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) between 2001 and 2003, specializing in the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. Before that, they attended Lodewijk Makeblijde College in Rijswijk NL from 1977 to 1983. Later in 2016 to 2017, Marije Hulshof participated in the INSEAD LEAP Program at INSEAD, focusing on Leadership.
