Michelle Spoor has over 15 years of diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. Their most recent role is as a Global Sourcing Specialist and Lead Recruiter for the Water and Maritime division at Royal HaskoningDHV. Prior to that, they worked as a Lead Recruiter for the Water Business Unit in the Netherlands and USA, and as a Talent Sourcer for the Industry and Buildings Business Line in the same locations. Michelle has also held positions as a Sourcing Specialist and Recruitment Consultant for Yacht, where they worked on accounts for companies such as Philips and ASML. Michelle has worked as an International Recruiter for EN HR Solutions, focusing on companies in various industries such as logistics/supply chain, engineering, digital marketing, and IT. Michelle has also gained experience in program coordination and management roles at organizations like Child Helpline International and Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. Additionally, they have held HR positions at Digitel Mobile Philippines, Sojitz Corporation, and Sykes. With their extensive background in recruitment and human resources, Michelle has developed a strong skill set in sourcing, interviewing, and talent acquisition across different industries and countries.

Michelle Spoor has a diverse education history. Michelle completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Behavioral Sciences at the University of the Philippines from 2001 to 2006. Michelle then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in Industrial Relations major in Human Resource Development at the same university from 2008 to 2012. In 2017, Michelle attended NCOI Opleidingen, where they completed an HBO-level training in Human Resource Management, which lasted until 2021. Additionally, they obtained various certifications, including Technical Recruiter/Black Belt in Internet Recruitment from SocialTalent in 2019 and a Dutch B2 Level Language Certification (Staatsexamen NT2 - Programma II) in 2016. Michelle also holds a High School diploma from Saint Pedro Poveda College, which they received from 1997 to 2001.
