Poncelet Philippe

Poncelet Philippe has been working in the field of Contrôle et Surveillance de l'espace aérien since October 1986, with experience at both Composante Air and Belgian Air Force. They completed their education in ER Tech at Saffraanberg in 1987 and also earned a degree in Sous Officier. Prior to that, they studied at Ecole Normale de huy from 1983 to 1985 and obtained a degree in Intituteur Primaire.
