Dobrin Nedelchev has had extensive experience in the engineering and design field, with a specialization in naval architecture and shipbuilding. Their most recent role was as Lead Engineer Naval at Royal IHC, where they provided support and planning for the engineering of hull and outfitting for Standard Modular Vessels. Dobrin was also responsible for testing and evaluating the design process. Prior to this, Dobrin worked as a Lead Engineer Hull Detail Design at Royal IHC, where they planned and supported the engineering of hull sections and outfitting. Before joining Royal IHC, Dobrin worked at SBM Offshore as a Senior Designer in the Structural and Naval Designers Department, where they were involved in various projects and responsible for checking construction drawings and 3D models. Dobrin also worked at Keppel Fels Baltech Ltd. and Rousse Shipyard as an AutoCAD and TRIBON Designer in the Hull and Outfitting Sections. Overall, Dobrin has a wealth of experience in naval architecture and shipbuilding, with expertise in engineering, design, and production management.

Dobrin Nedelchev attended the Technical University of Varna from 1992 to 1997, where they earned a Master's Degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering.
