Currently serving as both Naval Architect and Product Manager at Royal IHC since January 2013, Richard is responsible for product groups related to Pipelay- & Heavy Lift Vessels, Jack-ups, and Jacking Systems, reporting to the Product Director. Previous roles include Senior Development Engineer, Project Coordinator at FLOW Consortium, and Project Manager at IHC Offshore Wind, where Richard gained expertise in project management, product development, and business development. Richard's educational background includes a Master of Science degree from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Naval Architecture from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
