Jenny Watt

Jenny Watt has extensive experience in the real estate and service delivery sectors, currently serving as the Manager of Team and Recruiting Services at Royal LePage since April 2012. In this role, Jenny supports the national brokerage network in enhancing sales associate attraction and retention. Prior to this, Jenny held multiple managerial positions at Brookfield Residential Property Services and Homeserve Technologies Inc., including Manager of Lead Generation and CRM and Associate Product Manager for the Aeromove Program. Jenny's career began at Home-Link Services Canada, where responsibilities included managing service delivery. Jenny holds an Honours BA in Communication Studies and Sociology from Wilfrid Laurier University, obtained in 2002.
