Alexander Wright

Alexander Wright has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Alexander started their career in 2011 as a Business Development & Marketing Intern at Charoen Pokphand Group in China, where they led a team project to recruit 200 graduates through an effective marketing strategy. In 2012, they joined The Co-operative Group as a Lead HR Contractor, responsible for managing the tender process for various departments. Later in 2012, they also started working at Royal Mail, where they held multiple roles, including Delivery Office Manager, Weekend Shift Manager & Lead Project Manager, WCM/Lead Project Champion for North Region Logistics, Performance and Continuous Improvement Lead for National Logistics, and Lead Performance and Continuous Improvement Manager for National Logistics. In these positions, they demonstrated expertise in operational processes, project management, and continuous improvement, achieving significant increases in efficiency and cost savings. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Customer First Business Partnering at Royal Mail, leading regulatory and pipeline insight management, and heading the RFID department. Alexander is known for coordinating with teams, providing strategic analysis and insight, and driving national solutions and interventions.
