Ciara Tully

Ciara Tully (Assoc CIPD) is an accomplished talent management professional with extensive experience in diversity, inclusion, and emerging talent initiatives across various sectors. Currently serving as a Talent Manager at Royal Mail since July 2024, Ciara previously held significant roles at N Brown Group, including Inclusion and Emerging Talent Manager, where successful implementation of a group diversity strategy led to the organization winning the Drapers 2023 "Diversity & Inclusion Award." Additional experience encompasses various positions at Vodafone, contributing to global talent and customer experience learning initiatives, and foundational roles in recruitment and human resources within organizations such as Hallmark Cards and Forrest Recruitment. Ciara holds an MA in Human Resource Management from the University of Leeds and a degree in Theology and Religious Studies from the same institution.
