Eddie Ekwo

Eddie Ekwo, CISSP, GWEB, SSCP, currently serves as the Senior Cybersecurity Advisory Lead for the Royal Mail, where responsibilities include leading cybersecurity advisory efforts for key projects aimed at mitigating ransomware threats. Prior to this role, Eddie held several significant positions, including Interim Group Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Head of Technical Information Security at Arriva Group, where Eddie focused on enhancing cybersecurity measures and developing strategies during a transitional period. Additional experience includes positions as Information Security Manager at A.P. Moller - Maersk, Technology Security Authority at Vodafone UK, and Information Security Engineer at The Logic Group. Eddie's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Communications and Signal Processing from Newcastle University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University.
