Elina Stana

Elina Stana is an experienced professional with a strong background in production management and quality control, currently serving as a Flow Shift Manager and previously as a Work Area Manager at Royal Mail since November 2016. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Front Line Manager and Front Line Manager at Greencore from 2008 to 2016, where Elina was responsible for ensuring sustainable production, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices, and driving key performance indicators. Elina holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Logistics and Supply Chain from Leeds Trinity University, along with various certifications in Six Sigma, management coaching, and counseling skills. Educational qualifications also include a BA (Honours) in Leadership and Management from The Open University and a Level-2 qualification in Business and Administration from North Lindsey College.
